"Qwang qwang.... qwararara qwang qwang" Guitar Solo 5

Yes! Another post in the same month, ha! Take THAT, time.

More Lupin (from Harry Potter), based from my previous design (scrollser down)

First appearance
"The stranger was wearing an extremely shabby set of wizard's robes that had been darned in several places. He looked ill and exhausted. Though quite young, his light brown hair was flecked with gray"

Bluebell fire- it would be fun if he could measure time with his nails... every time they're 7 cm long that means it's wolf time. Then again, he can always be a normal human being and ask someone what day is it

Poor Remus, he's so poor and tired. He maybe a boring character, but he's wise and does awersum stuff. And sweet contrast that he's a werewolf yesshh

"To the sun... TO the sun... to the sun... TO THE SUN..." Demon Days

Aaaaaah....! I love my blog... neat and tidy... with nothing in it whatsoever... gah.

I've been inspired by many movies lately, so that leads to...

caricature fandom!!! Or at least a few from which came out okay

Anthony Hopkins as Ethan Powell(after watching "Instinct" loved it)

Sean Connery

Jason Flemyng as Dr. Jekyll

Richard O'Brien as Riff Raff

Benicio del Toro (with a beautiful bulk which makes him look as if he had been exposed to bronze gamma rays)
Sweet drool Ref: http://www.slashfilm.com/wp/wp-content/images/wolfmanconceptart.jpg

Harry Potterets

Charlotte Gainsburg sketch (in fact, they are all sketches) I really liked her performance in "Antichrist"- although the movie is quite... weird. Weird as in it begins well with a good narration but then ends a la Shining (but worse) with Charlotte slicing off her husband's penis and then her own vagina as a symbol of virginity. It's... hm. I don't know, not my cup of tea. I'm never going to forget the "You BAH-AH-stard!" screaming, though.

Henry Selick, thanks for the Coraline gem.

"Hello-o......... is there anybody IN there..." Comfortably Numb

hahahahaaaaa I suck at updates Xp

Just continuing what I started-----

MODOK YOU MUST: (for the fun fancy free MARCH MODOK MADNESS blog!)

Fenrir Greyback- he loves to keep kids in his tummy. Such a maternal man.

Narcissa Malfoy (Draco's mother)-she's vain and likes green.

EDIT: I forgot to comment--- makani (Accio Brain in my "Must Visit" links section) gave soooo much character to Narcissa (or Cissa, how she calls her) that it was impossible to draw her. Please visit that web.... she's fantastic. I don't know what's with my obsession with her work... I mean... Lou Romano or Stephen Silver should be up there in those links... but... there's something, you knoe? In fact, it's her fault I began with this Harry Potter silliness... anyway

VISIT HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bellatrix Black- Narcissa's sister. Here I tried to make her both sexy and ugly- although probably I'm doing it again, cuz Bella HAS to look crazy. She looks more like "What the..?" type.
P.S. The details on the left glove are written runes which reads "His sinister vein". Thought that Bella needed a protection from the Dementors, even if they're allies. "His" refers to "he who must not be named" of course.

Lupin transformed- Hey, I liked the naked pink rat version from the movie. It was different. Even so I'm also going to design it again (even after I drew a zillion different versions)

Instead of picturing his classic scared look, I moved towards the last books when he gains a little bit more confidence on himself. I even added a so-so modern jacket. Ron es el Rey dudes.

Ginny WROCKS!!!

It seems that when I read "Moaning Myrtle is a squat ghost with lank hair, pimples, and thick glasses" means "she was so fat she looked like a floating baloon with pimples". Whatever. She's in pencil, that's what is most important.

...
no idea. After watching this video I got inspired. Those gloves look like he's going to do a rectal analysis XP My dream is to animate him doing Noodle's cute dance in the Lives. Someday, someday.

Not telling-- you have to read/watch the 7th book :)

Colour attempt

This was after I watched Hellboy 2 in SPANISH. Quick silly gag with Niles/Abe & Frasier/Beast. Then I saw the movie with my sister in ENGLISH. So, yes, this sketch means absolutely nothing. But I liked the colours.

What's worse, my 7 year-old sister also created something inspired by Hellboy 2- as in, much more cooler, creative, and original than what I did.

Dig Beibee (Big Baby)

And I had to sketch something related to that awesomeness:

"My heart going boom, boom, boom HEY! He said, grab your things I 'm gonna take you home" -Solsbury Hill

Happy new year!

To begin, here's some last month's Harry Potter idea designs & more Marvel (baddies) silhouettes

Kingsley Shacklebolt & Tell-Tale Tunic: mini invention about an inherited tunic which tells the past, present & future with specific images. Even the most expert fortuneteller will have problems understanding them, because they're constantly changing. Yeah kinda silly, who the heck cares about Kingsley Shacklebolt. Anyway.

Minerva McGonagall, the animagus- i highlighted her spine to reflect her pose towards complicated situations and to show off her... coldness.

Mrs. Weasley, sweet as a peach (thus the peach-shaped head)

Naughty, naughty Ginny, thinking of half-naked boys at your age. Naughty, naughty me.

Dear Ol Mr. Weasley- always working on Muggle stuff so I guess he never has the time to eat- that's why I made him skinny. Ah yes, and a muggle shirt. :)

Another person who's always working and never has the time to eat. Plus a large, old Greeky toga (not ambiguous tunic/toga like thingy) which makes him majestic (and sexy), as a symbol of the moral weight he has to carry.

basically:
old = past
heavy = pain in the ass

Trelawney must be a superstitious woman, so she avoids black as much she can on her clothes. Rowling describes her glasses made her look like an insect, but she didn't specify which- so I chose a mantis. Plus endless jewelry collection.

Lupin, probably one of my favourite characters :) his tight trench coat is some kind of metaphor about his animal-persona retention by the Whomping Willow. He's poor, so he always has difficulties on nutrition.. but when he turns into a werewolf I guess he has this "all-you-can-eat" feast- hence the "extra belly"

Tonks- Yep, agreed, gothic - but I added a bit of colour, that's how more or less I picture her- "gothic-cute"

Quickieeeeee

Since it's a quick sketch, I didn't use any reference- thus the ridiculous resemblance to the original... (except his large forehead and haircut)
